This board was established on May 21, 2009 by the Cookeville City Council Ordinance Number O09-04-04. Members must live inside the city limits of Cookeville.
On June 18, 2009 the 5 member board was appointed by the Cookeville City Council with 2 members from the Planning Commission and 3 citizens at large with 1 being a registered architect or a registered landscape architect and the remaining 2 being owners of a business registered in Cookeville.
Terms: 3 years for the citizens at large. Planning Commission representatives shall run concurrently with their term on the Planning Commission.
