  • Copies of fire reports are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. Your report will typically be available within 24 hours of the incident. You can request a report here, or email April Howard to receive a copy of a report. You can also call during normal business hours. 931-520-5255

  • Residential burn permit requests can now be submitted online providing all conditions are met and a burn ban is not in effect.  Contractors and businesses will still need to call the Cookeville Fire Department at (931)520-5255.  

    Cookeville residents can fill out a burn permit request on our website at www.cookeville-tn.gov/burnpermit.
