Applying for Utility Service

What to Bring

To apply for residential or commercial service, please bring the following items:

• Your Lease (If Renting)
• Two Valid Forms of Identification
• Save Time and bring a filled out Residential Application (PDF) with you!

Commercial

Before applying for commercial business service. you need:

• City Business License Number (If Required)
• Zoning Approval
• Save Time and bring a filled out Business Application (PDF) with you!

Application Fees

Non-refundable application fees for residential services are:

• $45 for electric
• $25 for water
• $30 for gas
• There is an additional $20 non-refundable charge for each service requested. 

Non-refundable application fees for businesses are:

• $100 for electric
• $50 for water
• $60 for gas
• There is an additional $20 non-refundable charge for each service requested.

We can normally provide same day service if you come to the Municipal Building before 2:00 p.m.
