The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have the northbound lanes of South Jefferson Avenue closed from Proffitt Street to One Bank of Tennessee beginning Thursday, May 8th at 10pm to Friday, May 9th at 5am as a new sewer line is installed.
