The City of Cookeville, Putnam County, and CHM, LLC celebrated the official groundbreaking for the Willows. The groundbreaking ceremony took place this morning at the future location of the retail center, 1100 South Willow Avenue. The new multi-retail development is now under construction, with an anticipated opening date of October 2026.
The Willows will bring two highly anticipated retailers to the city, Target and Home Depot. Both national brands have already secured their local retail locations. In addition to these big-box giants, the development will bring an exciting variety of new shopping and dining establishments to the area.
