The Industrial Development Board of the City of Cookeville approved an Economic Impact Plan and Draft Agreement submitted by Cookeville Downtown Hotels, LLC on June 12, 2018. In accordance with Chapter 53, Title 7, Section 312 of Tennessee State Code, The Board has submitted the project documents mentioned above to the City of Cookeville for approval. The Cookeville City Council will consider approval of these documents on July 5, 2018 at their regularly scheduled Council Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Cookeville Municipal Building at 5:30pm. 45 East Broad Street, Cookeville TN.
