As part of the Phase II East 10th Street Widening project, a new water line is being installed across Fisk Road. A partial street closure is scheduled for Fisk Road on the evening of Tuesday, June 18. This overnight closure will occur at the intersection of Fisk Road and East 10th Street from 8 p.m. on June 18 to 7 a.m. on June 19.
City workers will keep a minimum of 2 lanes open at all times. The water line installation will require Fisk Road to be cut open, so drivers should practice extreme caution when passing through the work zone. Traffic control personnel will be onsite to direct traffic throughout the duration of the closure.
