BID NOTICE
The City of Cookeville Department of Leisure Services and Public Facilities is accepting bids for professional lawn care services for selected parks, facilities, and public rights-of-ways until Monday, February 12, at 10:00 a.m. Specifications are available and may be picked up at the Leisure Services administrative office located at 10 East Broad Street, Cookeville, TN.
Bids must be submitted on an official Bid Form in a sealed envelope marked “lawn care bid” and delivered to the Department of Leisure Services administrative office, 10 East Broad Street, Cookeville, TN 38501 or mailed to P.O. Box 998, Cookeville, TN 38503, to be received not later than 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 12, 2024 at which time they will be opened.
The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting Thursday, February 8, 2024 at the Leisure Services administrative office.
