[ARCHIVED] Lane Transition- Hwy 70 E at Dacco Quarry Rd (8am until Repair Completed)

HWY 70 E LANE TRANSITION

The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will be completing an emergency waterline repair in the State right of way of Highway 70 E (E Spring Street) near the intersection of Dacco Quarry Road on Wednesday, August 9^th beginning at 8 am. The City will have signs, a flagger, and cones to transition vehicles into the additional lane added near this intersection. The City asks for drivers to use caution along Highway 70 and to slow down before approaching this intersection as the curves and hill create a blind spot in the road where the crews will be working.
