The Cookeville City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of the Cookeville Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street, at 5:30 p.m., on the following date(s) to consider the following agenda item(s):

July 20, 2023 - Hold a public hearing and consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O23-06-15, rezoning a portion of the property located at 801 and 803 Crescent Drive and a portion of property located on West Broad Street, identified as a portion of Parcels 019.00, 021.00 and 022.00 on Tax Map 053A, Group A, from RS-10, “Single Family Residential” to CL, “Local Commercial”. **WORDING OF AGENDA ITEM UPDATED FROM NOTICE PUBLISHED FOR 7/6/23 PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION ON FIRST READING**
