Customers may request billings of their utility costs in eleven equal monthly installments during the year through the City Budget Billing Program, when residing twelve consecutive months at the same location. The billing for the twelfth month will be adjusted for any amount over or under the total due. Application for the Budget Billing Program must be made during the month of May.
