Mar. 3, 2022 - Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O22-02-02, the rezoning of 5250 Tennessee Avenue (Tax Map 064, Parcel 032.00) from RS-20 (Single-Family Residential) to CI (Commercial-Industrial Mixed Use).
