June 17, 2021 - Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O21-06-09, amending the Municipal Code of the City of Cookeville, as adopted by Ordinance No. O02-12-33, and as since amended, to revise in Title 16, entitled “Streets and Sidewalks, Etc.”, Chapter 6, entitled “Miscellaneous Regulations for Streets and Public Ways”, provisions related to littering in streets, alleys or sidewalks and obstruction of drainage ditches and stormwater structures.
