PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents of Cookeville, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, that pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order No. 16, extended by Executive Order No. 51 dated June 29, 2020, and in light of COVID-19, the Open, Public Regular Meetings/Work Sessions of the Cookeville City Council will be conducted via electronic means until further notice. Public access to meetings will be limited. Regular meetings of the City Council will continue to be broadcast via live stream. Agendas and information for these meetings will be available at www.cookeville-tn.gov. The Cookeville City Council meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings of the City Council may be accessed by calling 1-301-715-8592 & enter meeting ID 3086713762.
There will be considered at such meetings/work sessions all matters which may properly be considered at regular meetings/work sessions of the Cookeville City Council.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-108, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
