[ARCHIVED] COOKEVILLE CITY COURT IN-PERSON COURT PROCEEDINGS SUSPENDED THROUGH November 30, 2020.

Per Order of the Chief Judge of the 13^th Judicial District, all in person court proceedings are suspended through NOVEMBER 30, 2020.

All Cookeville City Court in-person court proceedings previously scheduled for dates between November 11, 2020 and November 30, 2020 have been continued and will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Cookeville City Hall located at 45 East Broad Street, Cookeville.

You may contact the City Court Clerk’s office at 931-520-5254 with any questions you may have, or to discuss payment of your ticket in advance, make arrangements to complete driving school, request a continuance, or for any other City Court matters.

Although City Court will not be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The City Court Clerk’s office will remain accessible to the public in person and by telephone during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

There may be a large number of people in attendance at the Cookeville City Hall for the December 1, 2020 court date. You may be requested to comply with recommended social distancing measures that are in place on December 1, 2020. Such measures may include required mask wearing, social distanced seating, staggered entrance times, limited in-person contact in and around the Cookeville City Hall , and other such measures as may be necessary to minimize in-person contact.
