The City of Cookeville will have the outside, southbound lane of Willow Avenue closed between 8th and 6th Street between the hours of 7 am - 4 pm on Wednesday, October 23rd as utility repairs are made. 7th Street will be closed at the intersection of Willow Avenue going west to Chestnut Avenue.
