The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control has hired J&H Construction, Inc. to repair portions of the sanitary sewer on N Washington Avenue from Freeze Street to Loweland Road. Initial work is to begin Monday, May 6th , weather permitting at 9 am. Temporary Northbound lane closures will be in place; however, one lane of northbound traffic will be allowed to pass through the work area.
