The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have the northbound lane of North Washington Avenue closed between Spring Street (Highway 70) and Broad Street on Wednesday, April 3rd between 8 am and 1 pm to replace water service lines and meters prior to the TDOT repaving project later this year.
