The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have several roads closed on Monday, December 10th beginning at 8 am to work on a utility repair in N Willow Avenue. The City will be working in N Willow Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets. The turning lane along with the inside, southbound lane will be closed. In addition to Willow Avenue, 3rd Street will be closed from Willow Avenue to Cedar Avenue. This will include all side streets that intersect 3rd Street (Whitney, Montgomery, Hickory, and Oak).
