REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of Cookeville, Leisure Services Department, is requesting proposals for engineering, fabrication, delivery and installation supervision services for a pedestrian bridge in Dogwood Park, Cookeville, TN. Firms interested in submitting proposals may request proposal requirements from the Administrative Office by calling 931-520-5285. Proposals must arrive in a sealed envelope in the Administrative office, 45 East Broad St. Cookeville, TN 38501, no later than Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
