The Vulcan paving crew will begin paving Shag Rag Road Monday, November 17, starting at the intersection with Fisk Road and moving east toward the City Limits.
Traffic control with flaggers will be in place to keep one lane open as much as possible, but delays should be expected.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area and use alternate routes to help reduce congestion and maintain safety.
