Street resurfacing on East 10th Street will begin at 6 a.m. tomorrow, July 3, between Fisk Road and Wilson Avenue. Drivers should anticipate lane shifts and potential lane closures while work is taking place.
Contractors from Rogers Group will be resurfacing the center and eastbound lanes, with work anticipated to finish by early evening. Traffic patterns will be adjusted as needed to complete the resurfacing.
Traffic barrels and cones will be placed to guide drivers through the new lane-shift patterns.
Some sections of the roadway may need to close temporarily during the resurfacing process.
Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes when traveling through this area.
The City appreciates the continued patience of our residents as we near the completion of Phase II of the East 10th Street Widening Project.
