The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have South Walnut Avenue closed to thru traffic between East Spring Street and East Stevens Street on Tuesday, May 20th and Wednesday, May 21st from 7 am to 5 pm as a contractor installs a new sewer line.
