The section of East 12th Street between North Washington Avenue and Mississippi Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow, March 18. Workers from the Public Works Department will be onsite completing shoulder work, storm drainage work, and asphalt patching.
During this time, this street section will be closed to all through traffic with the exception of emergency vehicles.
The City asks drivers to seek alternative routes along 13th Street and Mississippi Avenue.
We anticipate this work being finished in one day and the street re-opening by Tuesday evening. Thank you.
