NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Cookeville will receive sealed bids at the City of Cookeville office at 10 East Broad Street, Cookeville, TN 38501 until Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 10 AM for:
Parks, Facilities and Right of Way Lawn Care Services
Lawn care services shall include mowing and removal of grass clippings, trimming (weedeating), edging, and picking up and disposing of loose limbs and papers. Clearing all walkways, driveways, and parking areas of loose grass, and at specified locations, picking up, removing, and disposing of clippings and yard waste. Select locations will also include fertilization, pre-emergent applications, post-emergent applications, and overseeding applications. Base bid does not include mulching, flower bed care, tree trimming, hedge, or shrubbery care, unless specified in the Facility Service List.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the Leisure Services Conference Room, located at 10 E. Broad Street, Cookeville, TN. (Lower level of the Cookeville Performing Arts Center.) At the conference, all interested contractors will be able to view maps and photographs of the sites and ask any questions.
Bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened.
