Item #1

An additional location has been added to the Bid Specifications and Bid Form.

• Leslie Town Center - 1 W 1^stStreet, Cookeville, TN  38501
  1. Mowed and trimmed every week.
  2. Sidewalks and curbs edged once a month
  3. Spot weed control throughout the contract.

Item #2

Regarding Workman's Compensation.

The bid specification outlines Insurance requirements for the contractor on page 3.  The specifications state:

"Insurance: The contractor agrees to furnish and maintain during the period of the agreement, at its own cost, policies of insurance as follows:

1. Covering the legal liability of the Contractor, and/or its subcontractors who may be engaged in the work, to pay claims for personal injuries to the contractor's employees and for death resulting there from under applicable Workman's Compensation Law."

Other insurances are also addressed in that section of the specifications.

Regarding the Limits of mowing along 10^th Street and at the Highland Business Park, please see the attached maps showing the service areas.  Also included is a map outlining the service area for Neal Street.
