The sections of South Jefferson Avenue, East Spring Street, and South Washington Avenue around the historical Putnam County Courthouse will be closed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 4, for the Kids Patriotic Parade. The parade starts at 10 a.m. Registration and line up start at 9:15am at the corner of Freeze Street and Washington Avenue.
