DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES
2022 CITY OF COOKEVILLE PROPERTY TAXES must be paid at Cookeville City Hall, 45 E Broad Street, by 4:30 pm, Thursday, March 28, 2024. Payments for 2022 property taxes received after this time will be returned unprocessed, no postmarks can be accepted. After 4:30 pm, Thursday, March 28, 2024, all unpaid 2022 property taxes will be turned over to the Putnam County Chancery Court for collection by the Clerk & Master. Property taxes paid to the Clerk & Master accrue additional fees and interest. Please call the property tax department at 931-520-5250, M – F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with any questions or for additional information.
