PUBLIC NOTICE

The Cookeville Historic Zoning Commission will have a special called meeting on Tuesday, September 12^th, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 45 East Broad Street.

The following item will be considered:

Consider for approval Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 34’ x 58’4” addition to the rear of the structure to consist of a basement, main floor and upper floor with proposed materials and non-structural items to match the existing structure for the property located at 531 North Dixie Avenue. Request submitted by Dr. Brent Staton.
