The Cookeville City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of the Cookeville Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street, at 5:30 p.m., on the following date(s) to consider the following agenda item(s):

January 19, 2023     -      Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23-01-01, rezoning of one (1) parcel                                                                                                                            located at 2730 Buck Mountain Road (Tax  Map 052, Parcel 013.00) from RS-20 (Single-Family Residential)                                                                                                                      to RS-10 (Single-Family Residential).

January 19, 2023     -      Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23-01-02, rezoning of one (1) parcel                                                                                                                            located at 1068 East 10^th Street (Tax Map 040L, Group K, Parcel 013.01) from CN (Neighborhood Commercial)                                                                                                               to CL (Local Commercial).
