Public notice is hereby given that the Cookeville Municipal Planning Commission at its December 12th, 2022 meeting will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of property located at 1327 East 10th Street from RS-10 to Planned Residential Development (PRD). The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Cookeville City Hall located at 45 East Broad Street, Cookeville, Tennessee
