A portion of East 10th Street will be closed Thursday, October 13th from 7am to 3pm as the road is cut to install a sewer lateral. Traffic will be detoured around this closure from Brown Avenue to North Maple Avenue. Business traffic will be permitted to enter this area. There will be no thru traffic at the point outlined on the map with the black rectangle, as this is the location of the pavement cut.
