DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES
2020 CITY OF COOKEVILLE PROPERTY TAXES must be paid at Cookeville City Hall, 45 E Broad Street, by 4:30 pm, Thursday, March 31, 2022. Payments received after this time will be returned unprocessed, no postmarks can be accepted. All unpaid 2020 property taxes will be turned over to the Putnam County Chancery Court on April 1, 2022 for collection by the Clerk & Master. Property taxes paid to the Clerk & Master accrue additional fees and interest. Please call the property tax department at 931-520-5250, M – F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with any questions or for additional information.
