PUBLIC HEARING
DATE CHANGE
The Cookeville City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of the Cookeville Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street, at 5:30 p.m., on Sept. 2, 2021 to consider the following agenda items previously scheduled for Sept. 5, 2021:
- Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O21-08-16, to close, abandon and declare as surplus property a portion of Joff Drive.
- Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O21-08-17, amendment to the Zoning Code to readopt and revise in Section 208A, Architectural Design Standards, Section 208A.4B, Materials Standards. THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
- Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O21-08-18, amendment to the Zoning Code to revise in Section 208A, Architectural Design Standards, Section 208A.4B, Materials Standards by deleting prohibited materials. THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
