PUBLIC NOTICE

COOKEVILLE CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL CALLED SESSION

Notice is hereby given to the residents of Cookeville, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, that the Cookeville City Council will meet in special called session in the Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street, on Friday, June 25, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. The following item will be discussed:  

- Consider Resolution #R21-06-18, authorization of the transfer of Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System assets and liabilities from the City of               Cookeville to the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

- Consider Resolution #R21-06-19, approval of an agreement regarding annual in lieu of tax payments from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center to the      City of Cookeville.

There will be considered at such session all matters which may properly be considered at regular sessions of the Cookeville City Council.

This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-108, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
