The City of Cookeville Customer Service Department is pleased to announce the new expansion of the drive thru service located at City Hall. As of Friday, April 30th, two lanes for payment is now available for our utility customers convenience.
Increased use of the drive thru for payments over the last year prompted a need and solution to expand. The City is optimistic this will help to address customer wait times and allow for a better traffic flow. Please utilize caution in the drive thru lanes and when using the payment drop box as visitors acclimate to the lane expansion.
