PUBLIC NOTICE

            Notice is hereby given to all residents of Cookeville, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, that the Cookeville City Council will hold a special called work session on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 45 E. Broad Street.  The following items will be discussed:  Consider for approval bid for the construction of the Police Department Headquarters and authorizing the City Manager to issue a change order to the original contract with W&O Construction (dated August 16, 2019) to proceed with construction; Consider approval of Change Order #1 on the 2020 Willow Avenue Water Improvement Project, lowering 8-in. water line for Police Department Headquarters;  Consider Resolution #R20-07-01, Expressing Support and Appreciation for the Cookeville Police Department and other Local Law Enforcement Agencies.
