NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents of Cookeville, Tennessee, and to all persons interested, that pursuant to Governor’s Executive Order No. 16 and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Open, Public Regular Meetings/Work Sessions of the Cookeville City Council will be conducted via electronic means under further notice. Public access to meetings will be limited. Regular meetings the City Council will continue to be broadcast live stream and agendas and information for these meetings will be available at www.cookeville-tn.gov. The Cookeville City Council meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Electronic meetings of the City Council will begin Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Meetings of the City Council may be accessed by calling 1-301-715-8592 & enter meeting ID 3086713762.
There will be considered at such meetings/work sessions all matters which may properly be considered at regular meetings/work sessions of the Cookeville City Council.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-108, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
