The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have Boyd Street closed from North Washington Avenue to North Jefferson Avenue Thursday, January 17th through Tuesday, January 22nd 8 am to 4 pm (excluding Saturday, January 19th and Sunday, January 20th).
