ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD
Notice is hereby given to the citizens of Cookeville, Tennessee, and all persons interested, that the Cookeville Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will meet on Monday, October 22, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., in the Municipal Building, 45 East Broad Street. In addition to any matters which may properly be considered, the board will consider certificate of compliance for a liquor package store – change of ownership for Interstate Wine & Spirits located at 1427 Interstate Drive, Cookeville, TN 38501 to new owners Dipti Patel, Rekha R. Patel and Chirag S. Shah.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
