Rental Charges

  • 35 foot Wood Pole Rental Charge: $5.89 per month 
  • 40 foot Wood Pole Rental Charge: $8.87 per month

Special Poles

Customer may request C.E.D. to set a Special Pole (i.e. Fiberglass, Steel, Decorative). In this case, the Customer will be charged for the cost difference between a wood pole and the special pole requested.  This is based on most current cost of specified pole. Please call for questions and pricing.

Billing Demands

Billing Demand = The greater of:

  • The Highest 30 Min. Interval KW During the Billing Period
  • 85% of the Highest KVA Interval
  • 30% of the Contract Demand
  • 30% of the Highest Billed Demand in the Preceding 12 Months

Contract Demands

  • Minimum Bill (51kw - 1000kw): Contract Demand (CD) X (20% X 51-1,000 KW Rate) + Customer Charge
    CD X (0.2 X $13.98) + $51.62
  • Minimum Bill (1001kw - 5000kw): Contract Demand (CD) X (20% X 1,001-5,000 KW Rate) + Customer Charge
    CD X (0.2 X $12.80) + $103.25
  • Minimum Bill (5000kw - 15,000kw): Contract Demand (CD) X (30% X 5,000-15,000 KW Rate) + Customer Charge
    CD X (0.3 X $15.40) + $1,500

In the event that any bill is not paid by the net due date, there shall be added to the bill an amount equal to 5%.
