Concession Stand hours: From the first weekend in April through Memorial Day, the seasonal concession stand is open Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday, 1-6 p.m. From Memorial Day until Putnam County schools are in session, it is open Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday, 1-6 p.m. From the time schools are in session through October, it is open Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
Paddleboats, Kayaks and Canoes: Paddleboats, kayaks and canoes may be rented at the park concession stand during seasonal hours. (See above.) Children 12 and under must have an adult in the boat and wear life jackets, which are provided.
* Paddleboat: $5 per half hour * Single Kayak: $6 per hour * Tandem Kayak: $8 per hour * Canoe: $8 per hour
Equipment Rentals Athletic equipment such as basketballs, volleyballs, disc golf discs and fishing poles may be rented at the seasonal concession stand (see times above) for $1 per hour.
Other Features 56-acre lake, two fishing piers, paved trails, mountain bike trail, 18-hole disc golf course, pollinator fields, five playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, three picnic shelters and numerous picnic tables with charcoal grills.
Disc Golf The park’s 18-hole disc golf course is open to the public. Disc golf tournaments are held regularly.
Pets Dogs and other pets taken to the park are subject to the City of Cookeville’s leash law. Also, please respect others enjoying the park by picking up after your pet. Waste stations have been placed around the park for your convenience. (Please note that animals are not allowed at the Cane Creek SportsPlex.)
No Alcohol Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park.
