Online Utility Payment Portal

Utility Bill Pay

We are pleased to offer an online payment portal. Please visit and click on the icon for utility payments. If you already have an account, you will need your new account number (you can call 931-526-9591 and selecting option 1 to receive it from a representative or it will be found on your next utility bill) to access the account information.

If you do not have an account you will be required to set up an account.

For previous users, you may use the same user name (or email address)as before, but you will be required to set up a new password.

Once logged in, you will validate the account by selecting and entering the latest bill amount, or by selecting and entering the last four digits of the phone numbers used on the utility account.

You will receive a confirmation email from SEDC and you must open the email to confirm your account and click on the payment icon that should take you back to the payment portal.
